If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our hassle-free Return Policy is here to help. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about returns, exchanges, and refunds. Our 14-Day Return & Exchange Policy
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. If your eyewear doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll make it right.
Returns: Get a full refund to your original payment method.
Exchanges: Swap your item for a different frame, lens type, or prescription—based on availability.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must meet these criteria:
Within 14 Days: Request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
Like-New Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and free of scratches or alterations.
Original Packaging: Return all original packaging, including case, cloth, and accessories.
Proof of Purchase: Include your order number or receipt from your confirmation email.
Non-Returnable Items:
Customized or Engraved Products
Gift Cards (Digital or Physical)
Used or Opened Coated Lenses (anti-glare, blue-light, etc.)

How to Start a Return or Exchange
Email Us: Contact hello@lowpricevision.com within 14 days. Include your order number and your request (return or exchange).
Get Instructions: We’ll send a return authorization and prepaid label (for U.S. orders) or instructions for international returns.
Pack & Ship: Use the original packaging and drop off your return with the specified carrier.
Processing: Once received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund or ship the replacement.
Note: If the exchanged item is higher in value, we’ll invoice the difference. If it’s less, we’ll refund you the remainder.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, we’ll refund the full item cost (excluding original shipping fees) to your payment method—whether it’s card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or others. You’ll receive an email confirmation.
Refunds typically take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Incorrect or Defective Items
If you received the wrong item, incorrect prescription, or a defective product, we’ll fix it at no cost to you.
Wrong item/prescription: We’ll send the correct product and provide a prepaid return label.
Defective item: If there’s a manufacturing issue, we’ll replace or refund the item.

Return Shipping Costs
U.S. Returns: We provide a prepaid shipping label for eligible returns.
International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping, unless we made an error.
Our Mistake: If we sent the wrong item or there’s a manufacturing defect, we’ll cover return shipping worldwide.
Warranty Returns
All Low Price Vision products are covered against manufacturing defects. If your eyewear develops a defect that qualifies under warranty (like loose hinges or lens flaws not caused by damage), email hello@lowpricevision.com to start a warranty claim.
