Welcome to Low Price Vision! We’re glad you’re here to explore our high-quality, affordable optical frames, prescription lenses, and stylish sunglasses. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, www.lowpricevision.com (the “Site”) and the services offered through it (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms, so please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Services.

IMPORTANT: THESE TERMS CONTAIN A BINDING ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER IN SECTION 14. PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY, AS IT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS.
1. Updates to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our practices, laws, or for other operational reasons. If we make changes, we’ll update the “Effective Date” at the top and post the revised Terms on the Site. Continued use after changes go into effect means you accept the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. If you are between 16 and 18, you may only use the Services under a parent or guardian’s supervision. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet these age requirements.

5. Orders and Payments
a. Eyewear Selection
You can browse and select from a variety of prescription and non-prescription glasses. You’ll need to upload a valid prescription if you want prescription lenses.
b. Payment
We accept Bank Transfer, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. You authorize us to charge your payment method when placing an order.
c. Shipping
We offer reliable shipping through carriers like DHL, FedEx, and USPS. You’ll receive tracking information via email.
d. Returns
We offer a 14-day return window for eligible items. Contact us at hello@lowpricevision.com to begin a return. See our Return Policy for full details.
e. Risk of Loss
Once we ship an order, responsibility for it passes to you.
6. Virtual Try-On
Our try-on tool helps you preview frames. While we strive for accuracy, actual fit and appearance may vary.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including images, text, logos, and product designs — is owned by Low Price Vision or its licensors. You may not use it without prior written permission.
8. User Content
If you post reviews, photos, or other content on our Site or social platforms, you grant Low Price Vision a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and share that content.
You agree not to post anything:
False or misleading
Infringing on any third-party rights
Obscene, offensive, or inappropriate
9. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
Use the Services for unauthorized commercial purposes
Interfere with or disrupt the Site
Copy, scrape, or reverse-engineer any part of the Services
10. Disclaimers
All products and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee error-free operation or that our products will meet all expectations.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Low Price Vision shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability in any claim will not exceed $500 or the amount paid by you for the product involved — whichever is greater.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Your obligations under these Terms will continue even after termination.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in San Francisco County, unless subject to arbitration as described below.
14. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
a. Agreement to Arbitrate
You and Low Price Vision agree to resolve any disputes through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court, except as noted below.
b. Exceptions
You may bring claims in small claims court or seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property issues.
c. Process
To initiate arbitration, send a written notice to hello@lowpricevision.com describing your issue. If unresolved after 30 days, either party may file with the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
d. Location and Fees
Arbitration will occur virtually or in San Francisco, CA, depending on your preference and the amount in dispute. We’ll cover fees unless the claim is deemed frivolous.
e. No Class Actions
You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity, not as part of a class action.
15. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest will remain in effect.
16. Communications
By using our Services, you consent to receive emails from us, such as order updates and promotional messages. You can unsubscribe at any time.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Low Price Vision regarding the Services.
