What types of eyewear do you offer?
We offer a wide selection of prescription glasses, sunglasses, blue light glasses, and optical frames for men, women, and kids. All frames are available with or without prescription lenses.
How do I order prescription glasses online?
To order prescription eyewear:
Select your frame.
Choose your lens type (e.g., single vision, progressive, blue light).
Upload your valid prescription or enter it manually.
Complete checkout securely.
Do I need a prescription to buy glasses?
Yes, for prescription lenses, you must have a valid prescription from an optometrist. If you’re buying non-prescription sunglasses or frames only, no prescription is needed.
Can I upload my prescription later?
Absolutely. After placing your order, you can email your prescription to hello@lowpricevision.com or upload it via your order confirmation page.
How long does it take to receive my glasses?
Most prescription glasses ship within 5–7 business days, depending on lens complexity. Standard delivery typically arrives within 7–14 days after shipment.
Where do you ship?
We ship across the United States and to select international locations. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your location.
What if I enter the wrong prescription?
If you realize there’s an error, contact us immediately at hello@lowpricevision.com or call +1 415-255-5200. If the glasses were made with the wrong prescription, we’ll help arrange a correction or remake.
What is your return or exchange policy?
We offer a 14-day hassle-free return or exchange for most eyewear. Prescription lenses are custom-made, but if there’s a manufacturing defect or prescription issue, we’ll remake them at no cost.
Can I try on glasses before buying?
Yes! Our virtual try-on tool lets you see how frames look on your face using your smartphone or webcam—no download required.
Are your glasses covered by insurance?
While we don’t bill insurance directly, we provide itemized receipts that you can submit to your FSA, HSA, or vision insurance provider for reimbursement.
Do you offer blue light blocking lenses?
Yes, we offer blue light protection lenses to reduce digital eye strain, perfect for screen use. You can add this option during checkout.
Do you have lenses for high prescriptions?
Yes. We offer high-index lenses for stronger prescriptions to keep your glasses lightweight and comfortable. You’ll see this option based on your prescription strength.
What kind of lenses do you use?
We use high-quality polycarbonate, standard plastic (CR-39), and high-index lenses. All are scratch-resistant and come with UV protection. We also offer anti-glare, photochromic (transition), and tinted sunglasses lenses.
Can I reuse my current frames with new lenses?
At this time, we do not offer lens replacement services for outside frames. All lenses are fitted into new frames purchased through Low Price Vision.
Is shopping on your site secure?
Yes, our site uses SSL encryption and trusted payment gateways like PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay to ensure secure transactions.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also log in to your account to track your order status.

Do you sell branded designer frames?
Low Price Vision focuses on affordable, high-quality house-brand eyewear to keep prices low. While we don’t offer designer labels, we prioritize style, comfort, and durability.
